Hello! I’m Victor, an organisational coach and industry trainer based in Singapore. I founded Visionary Agility in 2021 after over 15 years in various roles, starting as a FPGA design engineer, then transitioning to project management, and ultimately guiding teams, departments, and entire corporate enterprises on their journey of agility. I've had the privilege of partnering with some of the best companies across diverse sectors, from AI technology to space engineering and finance, throughout Asia.
